• As Easy as a Photocopy
Ordering a DiscBinder is no more difficult than sending your documents out to be photocopied. Just send us your Master Binder, what you'd otherwise be sending to the copy center.
• Your Business Card is Our Order Form
There is no form to fill out, no account to open. As long as we have your binder and your contact information, we have all we need to prepare your DiscBinder. We'll confirm receipt by email when we receive your binder, and we'll contact you by phone or email if we have any questions regarding your binder.

Master Binder
We request that you send us a "master binder" in the form you would otherwise send to a photocopy center. In short, we define a Master Binder as a copy-ready closing binder on 8½ x 11 inch sheets free of staples and clips. Each document should be separated by divider tabs that correspond to an accompanying table of contents. Pages may be either single or double- sided.

If your binder differs materially from the preceding definition, we will contact you and let you know what additional charges may apply.

We can handle anything you'll put in a closing binder. We routinely include full-size surveys for real estate deals. There is no extra charge for handling printed and bound Official Statements, prospectuses or other similar documents. If you can put it in your closing binder, we can put it in your DiscBinder.
